Hi, I have a problem hearing noise from my upstairs neighbours' bathroom which is highly unpleasant (I can even hear the toilet seat going up) The council assured me the building was properly insulated  I am wondering if it's got anything to do with the fan. Could it be connected directly upstairs. Clutching at straws here. Can anyone help before I tear my eyes out
