Hi ya. We're looking at changing one of our Tractors. We have a Ford 7740 4WD SL 1995. It has a loader on it. 9500hrs. Tyres 50% mechanically sound and body work is average. Ant ideas what sort of money it would be worth. Looking at getting a 2012 new holland T6.155 or a new 120hp landini. Will be used for a lot of loader work. What are people opinions on these Tractors. Thanks

Have been looking at these lately myself. Saw one like that for sale recently for about 16k from a dealer. As for the trade in value I'd say anything from 10-15k depending on condition.

Thanks for the response. Thats what we have been offered around 11k. I would have thought it would be worth around the 14-15k mark myself but I suppose maybe a private sale might be a better way to go.

Private sale may take a while and give you more hassle than its worth tho, id take the 3grand possible hit(it's not guaranteed you'll get the extra 3grand) and be done with it....

Also can recommend the 6.155 anyways, have one here just over a year and very happy, already clocked 1300 hrs! Very comfortable place to spend a long day, plenty of weight an size for most jobs but still nimble or its size around the yard!

9,500 hrs is fairly high, 11k off a dealer isn't a bad offer.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

Would tend to agree with you in relation to a private sale.could be a lot of grief. Looking at a 2012 NH6.155 with 1000hrs. Full spec with a loader with all the bells and whistles. Around 66 -68k for it. What ye think

I'm assuming thats the straight price? It wouldn't sound to bad when your gettin the loader.
id say you would buy a new one without the loader for around the same money but then your looking at big enough money on top for the loader so it's not to bad a price i think, probably could push him to shave another bit off tho id imagine

Thanks for the response. She looks a fine machine alright. Possibly a bit smaller than what we looking for. Looking for 120hp.
