Interview with Australian marathon runner Liam Adams for those interested. Made his debut recently in 2:14. Particularly interesting that he ran it without taking much water on board due to a stitch.

With the Commonwealth Games coming up I've a few interviews with Aussie athletes coming up, so thought I'd just post them in here for those interested, rather than set up a new thread for each one.

Here's one with National 200m Champion Ella Nelson. 20 years old and PB of 23.26, running Pearson very close in Sydney in March, before taking the National title and gaining Comm Games selection in April. Was a member of the Australian 4x100 team at World Relays recently.
