Hardwood floor sanding and refinishing

Hi, we had our hardwood floors sanded and revarnished this week. I can see the swirl marks from the sanding machine on the floor. Also there are some very rough patches near the edges. Are the swirl patterns and rough patches normal? I got a professional to do the job so it would be done properly and now I'm disappointed.…

Short answer no there should be no marks try and get him back dont think you will though

im a professional floor refinisher with 15 years experience working mostly in new yourk city, there should be no swirl marks and there most definitely should not be "rough patches " anywhere!!!
