    For any of you looking for a good value windows tablet, carphonewarehouse are doing the iconia w3 8" tablet online for €249. If you register within 10 days, Acer will give you €50 cashback, meaning a net price of €199. The tablet is €299 in the stores though so you need to buy online to get this price. It comes with the home and student version of office too. It's the full version of windows so you can install most software on it.

    I was looking at one of these in the past month but all the reviews were pointing out just how poor the screen is on it.

    That's not to take away from the OP's post, the price is about €100 cheaper than when I looked at it last month so nice spot there. Just so people are aware.

    yeah, saw them reviews too. Should have mentioned it in OP. I had a play with one in carphonewarehouse shop and found it OK. Worth checking it out in store though if concerned about it.
