    Hi,

Does anyone have any issues with the country of residence on the Aer Lingus Website?

Every time I go on the website (from Ireland), it defaults me to the UK and local airport as Heathrow.

Not a big deal I know but quite annoying.

    Thanks

I don't think this is anything to do with Aer Lingus per se, check your Windows and browser settings - your PC is probably set to a regional setting of UK?

    Hi Mark,

I'm using an ipad which is set to Dublin as it's settings.

Cookies get set depending on the first flight you search for pricing on on a given devices as far as I know. My old laptop was set to LGW as 'home' until I removed that cookie for the site.

I had this problem back in January when I wanted to book tickets to the states! It kept reverting me to the Uk and Heathrow. Got so annoying I ended up booking my flights with Delta! In all seriousness, and yes it sounds silly but I found it so infuriating I would be reluctant to book a flight online if I opened their website and it reverted me to the Uk again!.
