suitable oracle sql\plsql course\certification

    hi guys,
    i have been working with oracle for 2 yrs now with no prior experience. i am ok with it but i feel i need to do a course to get to grips with it fully.
    can anyone suggest an online course that i can do in my own time?
    I am not sure of any certifications there are out there for oracle but any pointers would be great.
    At present my dev role is mostly using toad to query an 11g oracle database.
    My employer may cover the cost of this course depending on cost.
