    Hi All,
I am looking for some advice on the best way to permanently fix a connection issue.

I have attached some pictures below of the current connection.

Basically it is cable which connects to an adapter which in turn was soldered to a 3.5 mm jack, then inserted into an adapter to to connect to a PC.

After 20 years the solder evetually gave way and now blue tac is holding it on :o

I am hoping some one can advice me on a more permanent soluton to this connection rather than just soldiring it back together.
