Visa Application - Stamped Addressed envelope

I'm in Australia, and I need to deliver a package to the Ireland, and with it I need to include a stamped, self addressed envelope to send it back to me. Does anyone know how this works? Can I put Aussie stamps on the one going from the Ireland to Aus? Or do I somehow have to get myself some Irish stamps???:confused:
