Living with plasti dip

Has anyone got any experience with living with a fully plasti dipped car?

I'm just considering having a go at it with one of mine but I've got my doubts about the stuff.

Can it be peeled off by someone without any hassle? i.e - when its parked and I'm not around. And can you actually wash a car thats been plasti dipped?

Matte black looks ****e, but I've seen some nice colours available.

    Thanks.

    Do you mean wrapping?

Its a temporary solution and once it starts to tag and loosen it will look woeful.

For trim and to check our colour on wheels its a great product but paying a few hundred quid to do a whole car would be a waste of money.

Also the nozzle on the cans gunks up very quickly and getting an even spray can be a pain unless you shake the can like mad and Its warm

I have red plasti dip on the lower lip spoiler on the front of my GTI. I wouldn't attempt plastidipping a whole car without a gun, its a pain in the arse to get a good even coat. I've noticed its marked very easily as well, plenty of pits and holes in mine from stones.

I have a gun and compressor, but now that you mention the damage to stones I think I'm out!
