    Has to be the hours, what good is a pay packet when you have flip all time to spend it. Fair enough if all you want to do is provide but you want some enjoyment too.

    Stability and opportunity to advance. I have a relative that would change jobs over €1/ hour. He has a fantastic work ethic and gets on incredibly well wherever he goes but it's like he's always trying to trade up. It's a real 'grass is greener' thing.

    I kind of admire it in one sense, knowing what he's worth etc., but my only fear would be that having too many moves on my CV might hinder my chances of getting further good jobs in the future. Suppose it depends on the industry and demand etc.
