Commercial car tax

    Hi folks.
    I know this question has being asked around a hundred times but im going ask again. Im going to buy a small puegeot partner van for a cheap runaround but I want to tax it commercial because its away cheaper than private tax.i dont have a vat number so is there anyway around it to get the commercial tax.
