The sooner you get down the better, they often run out of the stuff wayyyyy before the finishing time, especially in city centre!

    Nice one.

Now that will be a first for me seeing Pearse St Garda at Leeson St bridge where every evening there is light breaking by cars at every single change, cars stopped in the orange box and motorists (and cyclists) flying through the green pedestrian light on the west of the bridge.

Hopefully the Garda will do something about that once they've finished handing out the goodies.

a car can legally enter and stop in a yellow box if car is turning right and there is enough distance to car infront of him or her . saw a cyclist get hammered by cycle garda today for breaking the red lights at baggot street bridge . fancy bike and all the gear on but cyclist just went on through red lights as if they were green garda chased after him and hammered him for it

Thank you for explaining the law to me

Obviously I was just imagining all the cars who continue straight into the yellow box thus blocking vehicles driving north along Leeson street.

Interestingly (and expensively) they are delivered by courier by the RSA !! What's wrong with An Post ?

Should be compulsary for cyclist to wear the high-vis and have working light. I am regularly driving between 5:30am-6:30am and the amount of cyclist I see with no lights are almost non existent light. Make your self visible for christ shake. Of course it always come down to enforcement.

I noticed this when my backpack cover was delivered to my job today. I feel a bit guilty to be honest but the cover is great.

Agreed, they do not need to pay for a courier, An Post is fine.
