Woman to face trial over suicide death of MS sufferer

This is a tragic case of a close loved one (Allegedly) trying to end the horrific pain and suffering of a lifelong friend.
There should be no charges whatsoever.

The most disgusting part of this case in my view is what I heard on Newstalk this morning.

The late Ms Forde first came to the attention of the authorities when a travel agent called the guards to report "A sick woman and a friend are booking two tickets to Switzerland (where assisted suicide is legal) but only one return ticket"
The guards then prevented her from leaving the country.

Whoever this "Travel Agent" is, I hope they are proud of themselves, they caused the prolonged unbearable suffering of a terminally ill woman and ruined the life of her lifelong friend.
I hope He/She gave themselves a smug little pat on the back when they went snivelling to the Guards with information that was none of their business.
I would never be so cruel to wish that someday they experience the suffering that they inflicted upon another person.

If that person is reading this, shame on you....
Gail O’Rorke, 42, (above right) from Kilclare Gardens in Tallaght was charged
with aiding and abetting or counselling or procuring the
    suicide
of [MS sufferer] Bernadette Forde in Dublin between 10
March and 6 June 2011. She was charged under Section 2 of the Criminal Law
(Suicide) Act 1993. Dublin District Court was told she replied “not guilty” in
response to the charge this morning.
