iomega ScreenPlay MX subtitles issue

    Hi guys, I have an iomega ScreenPlay MX 1TB. The problem is that when I want to play a film with subtitles they will not display on the screen, but when I play the film on my laptop (VLC) there they are no problem.
    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,
