my samsung s4 wont go to play store and freezes

    Cant get on to play store to download apps. And phone freezes for a min after being turned on.. what can i do to fix this? I only have the phone a week...

    Might sound like a silly question but are you sure its a Samsung? Plenty of Chinese fakes going around.

    yes its android. Dont think so i bought it in a meteor shop so should be ok
