rent allowance: nowhere to be found under new limits

i was wondering had anyone the same problem as me? my landlord won't reduce the rent to meet the new limits so I've to move. However there seems to be no where in Limerick under these new limits. What would happen if you actually couldn't find a new place??? CWO say her hands are tied by the legislation.

could you use rent allowance for a house share?

would that work out administratively?
