Remote Control Heating?

    Hi Guys

Was at the Ideal Home recently and Electric Ireland had offer for 10% off Gas and Electric plus Climote for free:D well so I thought. After the show anyway they got in contact and the offer was either a free Climote and 24 month contract or the 10% off...shower of f**kers:mad:

Anyway have got over it now after a few weeks and looking at the remote control access. The Climote system looks good and the app is good but seems a big on the high side in terms of cost. Plus you are tied into Electric Ireland from what I can see with the 36 euro a month fee for a sim:confused::confused::confused::confused:

Found the following after a google and looks ok: http://www.theowlireland.com/owl_heating_hot_water_control

Just wondering does anybody use these systems? which are best value for money?

I have 2 customers who use a remote auto dialer to control their heating, seems very simple a little to go wrong and let you down.
