    Maybe if you took your butt plug out once in awhile and gave it a nice wash your hole would be fine. And no licking it doesnt count as cleaning.

    If its really stingy, it might be a fisure which is like an ulcer in your bum, dont take strong painkillers as they will constipate you and make matters much worse, moist loo roll and ice cubes excellent.
