From all the google searches, it seems enevitable that GT6 will be for the PS3. But Forza 6 will be available for Xbox One.

GT7 will be available for the ps4 in the next year or two said Kazunori Yamauchi.

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/video-games/10312204/Gran-Turismo-7-set-for-PS4-release-in-a-year-or-two.html
Although Yamauchi has been quick to deny gamers’ calls for a GT6 release on the PS4, (which will launch on 15 November in North America and 29 November in Europe), he promised that gamers will not have to wait long for the franchise to arrive on Sony’s next-generation console.

"The PlayStation 4 game which we'll likely call GT7 will be done in about a year or two, I think, and I think the community aspect's going to be vital there as well," said Yamauchi in an interview with Japanese magazine, Famitsu

GT7 will be based on the same physics engine that Gran Turismo 6 uses.
