    Not sure how they can call it 2014 when it's published in November 2013, but it's an interesting read. Ireland seems to be rated well in spite of itself; we're poor regards policies but well above average for our sourcing of renewable energy. Commodity countries suffer, Norway has a much worse position than its Scandinavian neighbours presumably because of the oil and gas. Germany doesn't come out so well; I assume this is because it makes stuff.

    Wow, this is a depressing side note:
    None of the countries achieved positions one to three. No country is doing enough to prevent dangerous climate change.

    I wonder how much of the developments analysed are due to the economic crisis and how much is the result of genuine policy initiatives?
