IDFPA National Single Lifts 2014

    The IDFPA National Single Lifts will be on in the Abs Gym Glasnevin, Dublin on the 8th and 9th of February, the competition will be over two days due to the large number of entries expected. The ladies and lightweight men's will lift on Saturday and the heavier classes on Sunday.

    This is a qualifying event for the World Single Lifts in Germany in June and the European Single Lifts that will be in Wexford in September!
