Hi There, Looking for advice. If I do a corporate investment and I'm liable to corporation tax at 25% on any gain as it's non trading income can I offset this against any capital losses or is there a restriction because I'm not paying the full 33% CGT.

These are questions to ask your accountant. Make sure he tells you about the surcharge that applies to companies with non-trading income.
