    Hi all,
I always get great ideas from this forum so here it goes. I am going to a wedding and need something to wear with this dress:
    http://www.coast-stores.com/loula-dress/dresses/coast/fcp-product/2143436022

I have fair hair and am a size 12. Am thinking of going with black shoes but open to other ideas.
    Suggestions most welcome.

Gorgeous dress. It will be a beautiful colour on you.
I'd go with a very neat black stiletto if I was wearing the dress. Its too cold (and wet) at this time of the year for sandles for sure. You could do an open toe either.
With regard to tights, I'd do the ones with a seam up the back. I think they're really sophisticated and sexy.
To wear on top for the day/ church part, there are many many faux fur shrug type jackets / stoles, etc out there at the moment that would look fabulous with the dress. Long elbow length black gloves will complete it and you'll be only bloomin' gorgeous.;)

Beautiful dress op! I agree with penny's suggestions with the exception of the gloves. I think a shortish black 60s type coat/jacket would be beautiful with the structure of that dress.

(An jealous i'll never have the figure to wear a dress like that :()

Ohh yes that would be fab. Mad Men or Masters of Sex have loads of jackets like this featuring all of the time. I love the clothes, especially what Ginny wears in Masters of Sex.

I meant the gloves for the outside the church part. I went to a wedding in December of last year and it was baltic!! Thankfully I had picked up a pair of elbow length gloves to wear with my dress and had a warm coat on too. I was still pretty cold though.
