Skills exchange in Dublin?

    Just wondering of there's a skills exchange forum in Dublin?
    I need a plumber for a relatively small job(we basically can't find the mains in our house and need two taps changed) and ivebeen quoted ridiculous prices for such a small job.
    Any ideas?
