    Costs for below(average)

Looking at a bungalow at 1400 sq ft

Tarmac needs a new coat on the small driveway, front and side

Attic converted, stairs already in though? 2 rooms of 250 sq ft each and one en suite

Extension built 120sq ft, (utility room extended)

Internal insulation on the full house to bring up from d1 ber rating?

Bay window on front sitting room

I know it depends but I need a starting point

    Thanks

In many places it is cheaper to buy than build at present but you will then need to generally refurbish, bring up to standard and it may not be the layout, orientation or location that you want.
