Debit card issue buying online

    Tried to buy online with my debit card, after I entered my details I got a notice that said ''Registration Failed

    The activation information you submitted does not match that on records for this card. To provide the highest level of security, this card cannot be used to complete the purchase. You will be automatically returned to the online store so that you may enter another form of payment. Click "Continue" to proceed now.

    You may contact us at http://www.aib.ie or call + 353 1 269 5022.''

    I emailed AIB but does anyone know how to amend this? It doesn't give me an option to change the details online ''continue'' which brings me back to the shop.
