I need to put air in my tyres but I want to make sure I am reading the sticker right. Does this sticker mean my front tyres should be 32 and the rear tyres 29?

Yes, under normal load. If you have 4 people + bags then you inflate them more as per the pressures on the RHS of the diagram.
