ncva to fetac modules

Hi im wondering can i transfer a fetac module to an ncva certificate . The story is i did a plc in 00/01 i failed one module due to a teacher error I thought nothing of it at the time but now i need it to get into college next year I can do the module but if i cant transfer it and complete the cert its pointless and a…
