wanted: road bike or frame - €200/250

    Folks

    A member of the family - approx 5 ft 9 ... needs a road bike.
    Willing to spend €200/250 max on something pretty basic to use for commuting and for some short spins at the weekend. No frills required.

    Sadly, my old Dawes frame was deemed unsafe by LBS due to rust - Ive yet to go see its carcass for evidence but reckon it'll make nice wall art, even if its days on the road are done.

    edit - Dublin / North Wicklow area and surrounds would work best - thanks.

    Hi I have a ribble winter frame I used last year probably done about 2km in total that is lying in the house not being used. Carbon forks,headset other bits are still on the frame Iam 5' 10'' .

    work away - it might be a case of handing over my relatively unused cross bike until I can remedy this. In a shocking turn of events, I havent taken the cyclocross world by storm and the professional teams have stayed away. ;)

    As promised Alu Frame ,carbon forks alu steerer, seat clamp,Triple front mech sora, Handlebar 42cm stem 100cm and headset .Possible triple chain set if I can find other crank 53/39/30 oh there also a carbon seat post 200 euro the lot
