    Howdy

First, I apologize, if this isn't the right part of the forum, but if it is...

I need some workout dvd's. I browsed through a few, but... they all seem to feature equipment i wouldn't have.

So, I got skipping rope, chin-up bar, some lighweight dumbbells [max 10kg] and my body xD

I need a video I can put on for half an hour and just follow the guy/gurl on the screen. Ideas?

I think what you are asking for is something like Jillian Michaels 30 day shred/ripped in 30. What you should be doing is a bodyweight strength program, like convict conditioning. Free weights are better though for muscle building, are you averse to that? Have you read up on diet etc? Have a look on simplesciencefitness.com

I got my self a p90x last night. Looked through it and seems it might be alright. I checked the Jillian Michaels... found an episode on dailymotion... pretty much something I'd be looking for.

    I didn't quite get that

The best way to build muscle is to lift heavy weights, free weights such as barbell work would give better results than say a workout dvd.

I watched Jillian Michaels video for few minutes (http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xm7ypx_jillian-michaels-ripped-in-30-week-1-37-min_sport), shes soo full of ****. At 7:25 you can see one of the girls doing pushup... with her buttup and not even going down to full extend. Jillian said "thats perfect girls"... yea. Don't recommend her :P

I would lift heavy weights, if I could lift them... I'm not a helicopter
I can maybe make 8 reps with the 10kg dumbbell...

I need a video with some easy going exercises that do utilize dumbbells.

Maybe a bit of an info about my self will help:
    Male, 22, 61.5kg of weight, 182cm.

    You feel my pain bro?

You wont build much muscle lifting light weight repeatedly though - your body will adapt to lift what you throw at it and after say 20 reps you are no longer building muscle but endurance. If you want to build bigger muscle you will need heavier weights. So you can either look into bodyweight exercises, such as the convict conditioning program or buy heavier weights. If you want to build muscle efficiently you need to work on compound exercises with liner progression using a program like starting strength or stronglifts.
