Looks to be same as this that claims to fit Audi
It can be got in Halfords for 38 if you feel rich. http://www.halfords.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_11101_catalogId_15551_productId_214227_langId_-1_categoryId_212549

Yeah I think that's what your looking for, I have 2001 Passat and as far as I can see, that's the one I have, now I haven't used it in a while, but if I remember you can shift the pins to suit. That plate you see just gives leverage against caliper.... Overall easy to use.

    Thanks folks.
What I can't seem to find anywhere though is the pitch between center of pins for an Audi A4 B6.
What I do know is that the same Audi tool is used regardless of rear disk combination, but can't find the dimension anywhere.

The top ebay tool specifies it will work for 32mm or 22mm pitches but not sure if that will work for me.

    Thanks

That's the one I have (that biko linked to) and it works fine on my allroad, my wife's A2 and the father-in-law's Passat.
