Dog spray bark collar?

Just wondering if anyone has tried one of these to help with excessive barking. Our bichon is doing terrible barking and a woman in the vets recommended this and said it worked great with her dog.

    Any feedback?

    What's your dog barking at?

Spray collars are forbidden by the better dog training organisations for their member trainers to use, because they are considered unethical. Certainly, as the first option to stop/reduce nuisance barking, they're an absolute no-no.
The first thing that needs to happen is to find out why the dog feels the need to bark so much, and address that. Putting an anti-bark collar on him might attempt to address the symptoms of a deeper problem, but it certainly will not address the cause.
