Footwell Lights?

Anyone know what size bulb goes into a Mk4 Mondeo footwell. Just located the holders in both passenger and driver side. I'm not sure if it's an LED or a bulb that goes in

Ok, lads, found out the bulb is a w5w (501) what do ye think would look best,
1. ice bright white,
2. Xenon Blue or
3. the regular "yellow" bulb?

I don't know what to go for...

I'd be getting a normal w5w and sticking it in to make sure they work first. As with the focus some of the cars had the bulb holders and some weren't wired and going by the English forums it's completely random as to which cars are wired or not. Now the mondeo could be completely different. But it might just be worth checking with a standard bulb before ordering xenon ones etc.

+1 on that . have 08 focus and there no power going to them . in the end I just wire them up from the interior light

Hey guys, just to report back, got white LED's and popped them into the holders...and bob's your Uncle. They look really well. Would throw up a few pictures but the camera pics don't do them any justice.
