iTunes Music Folder Inaccessible (Intermittent)

    Not sure if this is a Network issue ,or an iTunes problem.
    My iTunes media folder is sitting on a network drive, inside that is a folder named music. When I start the computer & log in this location is always accessible.
    After working with iTunes or adding media suddenly this folder becomes inaccessible with the message you do not have permission to access etc... please contact administrator.
    My account is administrator . There is no other account on the PC.
    If I log out & back in access is restored.
    Anyone any thoughts or ideas?
