Any music player that will play FLAC files, like Winamp or foobar2000, can convert them for you.

I know iTunes doesn't recognise FLAC files, and that's one of it's many shortcomings, but the only way to convert them is use different software. With Winamp for example you can convert multiple files at a time and then after that you can play the mp3 files in any music player you want.

Any ideas on what to do so?

Convert them to mp3 using winamp as suggested above then import them into itunes.
