I am looking for somebody to rent my current apartment placed in Smithfield Market Dublin 7 (1 minute away from the Smithfield luas station, gym, fresh market, cinema, and so on on foot) because I plan to move out since the contract will be finished at the end of the month. So, it will be available from 1st Dec 2013.
As you can see the images below, it is a high quality apartment that has one double bedroom so it would be suitable for a couple or family.
The rent per month is 950 euro, which is relatively cheaper than ones in the same building.
