    Hey Folks

I'm a 14 Handicap. I'm in the market for a new fairway wood. I have a set of Titleist AP1's and the SLDR driver. I am looking for a decent Fairway wood.

Do you think the 913F is suited to lower handicaps?

    Any other recommendations?

    Thanks
    FM

I had a 910 fairway 3 and 5 with regular shafts and found them quite difficult to use, I play off 10. I recently bought Ping G25 3 and 5 woods also with regular shafts and the difference is amazing, lovely high ball flight and lots of distance, certainly more than I was getting with the 910. If you get a chance to go to a Ping demo day try them out.

I have the 913 fairway, beautiful club and easy to launch.
    Zero regrets.

I have the FD version 910 and its a bomber, clubs are not suited to handicaps more the way you hit the ball

I've the 910 and am off 23. The 913 is very similar. I tested them all before I bought the 910 and preferred it by some way. It's quite squat/tidy at address and I like that about it tbh. I find with the bigger headed 3 woods that they "look" like they are harder to hit off the deck.

Try it and if you like the way it flys buy it. I doubt after that you'll ever look back. Good luck with the purchase.

Hit a 2nd hand 5 wood in 910 the other night - unbelievable club,
then hit the 913 F. It would be the highest quality 3 wood I have ever hit - noticed the shaft was a little shorter than some of the other 3 woods on the market.

To be honest , I think most of it is in the shaft - And apparently the shaft options are very good.

But after all that - it is big money for a club I do not play much - I tend to hit irons more.

I would buy one, If I could pick one up 2nd hand. Not as easy to pick up as they only come out every 2 years.

I have all Titleist bar the 3 wood. I found the 910F and 913F pretty awkward to get in the air, and they feel a bit clunky to me also. Far prefer the Rocketballz or Ping fairway woods.

Funnily enough, I've never likes Titleist 3 woods, back as far as the old 975 days. Always brutal, but it didnt stop me buying one or two because of the logo (as a young teen).

    I'm in this camp too.

Try a second hand 910, the variation and availability of shafts is multiple times that of other clubs.

Op, get yourself a G25 or RBZ, much more forgiving heads than the 910/913. Titleist do make good gear but their fairways are arguably the weak link in the line up. Strictly IMO.

    Hey Folks

Picked up the 913F on Monday evening. Went straight to the driving range and after a few duds, I was creaming it. Went back out last night and I have to say I love the club. It just feels solid and I feel confident putting it behind the ball. I am off to Macreddin on Saturday morning (with a buggie :-)) so I am looking forward to it. Thanks for the advice folks. Appreciate it ;-)
