    The 888casino Champion of Champions will run from Tuesday 19th to Sunday 24th November at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.

    Televised live throughout on ITV4, the tournament features 16 champions of the previous season competing for a £270,000 prize fund including £100,000 for the eventual winner.

    Stars such as Ronnie O'Sullivan, Judd Trump, Mark Selby and Neil Robertson will all be invited to take part in an exciting new format that features four mini tournaments comprised of four players each, followed by the big money semi-finals and then final over the best of 19 frames.

    Group 1 (Friday November 22)

    Ronnie O'Sullivan (1) v Mark Davis (16)
    Ding Junhui (8) v Barry Hawkins (9)

    Group 2 (Tuesday November 19)

    Mark Selby (2) v Shaun Murphy (15)
    John Higgins (7) v Stephen Maguire (10)

    Group 3 (Wednesday November 20)

    Enjoying it so far, the format of the first four days is great. It's so much better than the groups (round robins) that the champions cup used to have.


    Also, great to hear the dulcet tones Clive Everton back on "Terrestrial TV." Maybe we need another BBCBBC campaign. (Bring Back Clive to the BBC) :)

    Another great addition to the event is the return to the old afternoon attire of wearing a tie instead of a bow tie, personally I think this looks great but then again I'm a traditionalist !

    Yea, I like it too, it's like an early 80's lounge suit style. The only problem with this though, is that most of the players don't seem to know how to close a tie properly. :P
