I'm thinking you mean the Nissan Figaro.

I think they're imports based on the Micra.

"Nissan" Figaro, based on a K10 and never actually sold as a Nissan, no badges to be found on them.
    Generally they're 1.0 turbo's with a 4 speed auto.

Cool enough little things, not for me mind but I'd buy one for my girlfriend.

Some less "girlie" Japanese retro alternatives!

Just like the figaro was a throwback model, fiat just announced the 1957 500. Looks great tho the prototype had nicer wheels.

I was offered a beautiful figaro recently but the import duty is painful.....

That people carrier has the Citroen 'nez de cochon' (pig nose) van look.

Spotted one of that fourth one down with the fluted sides and door on a few occasions in that same colour, couldn't make out what it was. Thought it was something from the former Communist Bloc.

It's a Nissan Pao. I had one for a few years (until it was stolen and destroyed). There's a couple floating around Dublin. They're mostly automatics, again based on the K10, but mine was a manual. Great little utilitarian yokes, and full of character. Most of the Japanese retro models are only a veneer over the standard models, but the March cars (Be-1, Figaro, Pao, S-Cargo) are far better crafted and resolved.
