Two ticker symbols for same ETF?

I'm looking at investing in the iShares MSCI Europe ETF, but I'm a little confused - it appears to be traded on different exchanges (fine) with different symbols...

Bloomberg have it as SMEA:LN, IMEA:LN, IMAE:NA and EUNK:GR - all trading at slightly different prices - the NAVs and market caps appear to vary slightly too somehow.

    Comparing them, you get this:

If I look at the iShares product list, I see an entry for the ETF with all of these, plus a GBP-denominated one. They all share the same ISIN except for EUNK:GR:

Would someone mind explaining what is going on here? Is what I'm buying the same everywhere? Is it possible to buy one one exchange and sell on another if the ticker symbol is different? Should I be keeping an eye on which exchange/symbol is most liquid if not?
