    hey guys im thinking of doing it for a extra little hobby.
    has/is anyone making some?
    im not looking to make any more than a gallon tops,
    any tips advice welcome

    It's ok to make flavoured gins and the like, "skittle vodka" etc - but afaik it's not legal to do the whole distilling process.

    this is from the Home Brew West website
    In Ireland however, the proper permits and licences must first be obtained in order to produce spirits by distillation
