The yellow button is probably a panic button and sets off the alarm. No idea on the aux though, possibly a programmable one for a garage maybe?

what car is it fitted to? a lot of decent alarms will have a connection for locking and unlocking the car too. Some may also have a pulse for closing electric windows if your car is fitted with total closure

Has it central locking? Or remote locking on another fob?

it has when locked from outside with the key, its dangerous because when you enable the alarm i keep forgetting the car doors arn't actually locked, But when you open the doors the alarm goes off.

I reckon there should be a wire or two on the alarm control box to work the central locking

The star button on my alarm (Clifford) arms the alarm silently (the car doesnt chirp). I guess they are all different though.

Have a Google of the make and see if you can find an instruction book online.
