Induction Hob

    Hi there
I have a De Dietrich induction hob DTi714V, the two rings on the right have stopped working which will probably cost a stupid amount of money to fix considering the two on the left can also go at any time. This hob is just over three years old, and i'm dissapointed that such an expencive appliance has given this trouble so soon but it appears to be an issue with them. Can anyone PLEASE advise on a good reliable make or modle of induction hob the size of a four ring that will last and not break the bank or is it worth getting fixed thanks.

    Hi,

I have a similar problem, did you get a fix to your problem or did you bite the bullet and buy a new hob?

    Thanks

    Hi there

No I had no joy De Dietrich costumer care there a disaster and didn't care because it was out of guarantee but I was lucky enough to get it replaced at Harvey Normans for a new one free of charge. They gave me a whirlpool and so far it's trouble free I'd nearly even say its a better hob. To be honest I'd get rid of it I don't think it's worth fixing if it's the same problem I had. Hope this was of help

My parents brought all De Dietrich in their new house as it was a "premium quality". The induction hob cracked and 2 of the rings dont work. Our oven has been replaced with a Bosch one and its better. TBH the quality of it is not as good as Bosch or Siemens(same company).

Thanks for the replies. KAL didn't bother calling me back, why have a contact form if its not monitored and no phone number on website?
Will probably just buy a new hob tomorrow from a different manufacturer.
