Incorrect Hardwarversand delivery

    On tuesday my pc arrived but they got everything wrong except the case and monitor, the delivery docket inside the box listed the things I ordered but they weren't in the box.

    I've emailed them twice and all they've done is given me a ticket number.
    Is there anything I can do except wait for a reply? Is this regular from them or is this just a once off?

    I'm getting worried because i spent nearly €900 on this pc and I've got nothing to show for it yet

    Any advice is greatly appreciated

    The case and monitor came in their own boxes and I think the wireless card is just a coincidence

    Looks like they got it mixed up with another order. That, or there are a lot of coincidences in there.

    Your best bet is to call them. Ask for an English-speaking rep, and go from there. Tell them basically everything was wrong, and they should give you a reference number to send it back via UPS or DHL or something. Usually they'll make you pay return shipping, but since basically the whole order was wrong in this case you should be able to argue for them to cover it.
