Just posted this on another thread. If your mam likes teas and tea caddies have a look here http://basilurtea.co.uk/ . I ordered some for my mam a couple of weeks ago, they are fab, especially the festival collection. If you spend £50 or more it's free delivery. The ordering process on the site is rubbish but if you send an email they'll sort you out.

You could also make up a tea hamper with samples of loose tea and a nice pot or cup/mug.

This year myself and my brothers have gone together for my mums present, we got her a Samsonite suitcase, really lightweight with four wheels that move in all directions. It's light purple, really lovely - 160euro but it's what she wanted.

For my mother in law I have bought beautiful amethyst earrings from chupi.ie Irish handmade jewellery.

You could also check out coldlilies.com for more Irish jewellery.

I suppose it also depends on your budget, if you were going for a fairly big budget you could get her Jo Malone perfume - so beautiful and luxurious, many fragrances to choose from - around the 90euro mark per bottle.
