I am thinking of doing a MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) certification by distance learning and was wondering what benefits it would being me? I work full time in an industry which would use Word and Excel and a bit of Powerpoint but its pure luck if you get assigned work on it as they tend to keep certain people doing certain things. I am very interested in Microsoft Office and I do know that this cert, in conjuction with Train the Trainer course, allows you to hold classes on Word, Excel etc but can you do this part time by applying to evening course centres, FAS etc? There isnt much info on what career this cert would help you in, as in would there be any full time jobs out there based on this cert and can you teach part time?

Any info from people who may have done this course would be much appreciated..
