Hey guys, quick question, doing the Mo Running in the Phoenix Park yesterday, the hill part between 3-4km really killed the backs of my legs. What are other people doing in preparation for these types of hilly terrains? Would I be as good just moving my runs to hilly terrain or would I be better off doing anything else?

You could do one hill based run a week.
Don't avoid hills when you're training and doing a normal run.
Dunno where you live but Dublin isn't particularly flat, plenty of hills to bomb up and down when you're training that would be similar to the sort of hills you'd come up against when you're racing.
