Distribute Sky HD Box Output to Multiple Rooms

I'm looking to distribute the output signal of my Sky HD box throughout the house.

    Here's my setup:
Each room has dual (shotgun) WF100 to a single point and the main TV point in the sitting room (where the Sky HD box is located) has double, so four WF100 points. At this location three cables will be used: two for Sky box and a third for freesat or similar. Means I have one spare WF100 cable.

As mentioned, each room has two WF100's to a single location. One of these will be for a freesat signal or similar so I have one spare.

Is it possible to use my spare feed in the sitting room to send the Sky box output (RF out?) back to where all my coax cables are terminated (under the stairs) and send that signal to all rooms through their spare WF100?

Maybe by using something like this:

I'm also running dual CAT6 to some of these locations and feeding a HDMI signal. This is so I can access the HTPC in selected rooms but I'd like the Sky coming through to a spearate channel so I'm not leaving my AV receiver on (also so I don't have to pay the huge cost for 4x4 HDMI matrices).
