Anyone with a basic knowledge of excel will be able to bang you one up in about 15 minutes. Even with zero excel knowledge all you will need is the help file and it you'll probably get it done in a little over an hour. I'm afraid I don't have one on excel at the moment but I made the one if you are really stuck I am happy to put together a basic one for you if I have time later.
